Malta Mathematics Olympiad |

| Date: The competition will be held on 29th March 2007 | |
| Participants:
Students from every state, church and private schools are invited to
participate in a one-day Mathematics Olympiad designed to promote
teamwork and positive attitudes towards achievement in mathematics.
This national competition is open to all Form 3 and Form 4 students, whose 15th birthday falls after 31st December 2006. Further instructions will be given when the teams are chosen. |

| Prizes: Prizes will be given to the first placed teams and the winning school will have the honour of holding the competition shield for two years. | |
| Participation fee: The participation fee for each team is Lm 5. | |
| Closing date: The deadline for applications is 15th February 2007. | |
